Terms of Use

The Service is a private checkout integration operated for a single tour operator. It lets you select a tour from the operator’s Duda website, verify live availability, enter your booking details in a hosted checkout, pay through Bank of Georgia Payment Manager, and receive a confirmed booking issued in the operator’s Bókun account.

• Bókun is the authoritative system for tour products, availability, pricing, booking questions, reservations, confirmed bookings, and travel documents.
• Bank of Georgia processes card payments on its own hosted payment page under its own terms.
• This Service only orchestrates the handoff between them: it reserves, verifies payment, and confirms. It does not sell tours and is not a party to the tour contract.
• The tour contract — including the tour itself, cancellations, refunds, and on-tour issues — is between you and the tour operator under the operator's own terms and conditions.

• Prices, currency (GEL), and availability are always determined server-side from Bókun at the time of checkout; values shown earlier in the selector are indicative only.
• Your booking is first placed as a time-limited reservation. It is confirmed only after the payment provider's callback has been cryptographically verified and the paid amount and currency match the reservation exactly.
• If payment is not completed within the reservation window, the reservation expires and no charge applies beyond any amount authorised by your bank.
• A confirmed booking is evidenced by a Bókun confirmation code and the travel documents issued from the operator's Bókun account.
• If your payment succeeds but confirmation cannot complete automatically, your booking is flagged for priority recovery rather than treated as a failed payment, and the operator resolves it against the verified payment record.

The Service may operate in a controlled test mode in which live card payments remain disabled until provider verification is complete. Where test mode is active, it is indicated on the checkout entry points, and no real charges can be made.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings.
• Attempt to manipulate prices, availability, payment verification, or confirmation flows.
• Probe, scan, or attack the Service, its APIs, or its payment and booking providers.
• Scrape or bulk-extract tour, pricing, or availability data.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide another person's contact details without their consent.

Bookings made in breach of these terms may be cancelled, and access to the Service may be blocked.

The Service, its design, and its content are the property of the operator or its licensors. Bókun, Bank of Georgia, and Duda names and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the integration.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While the checkout is engineered for verified, idempotent, and auditable operation, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or changes in Bókun, Bank of Georgia, Duda, or network infrastructure beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability arising from the technical operation of this Service is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the tour operator’s obligations under its own booking terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your place of residence.
